I thought he was perhaps the best rebounder in the college game I have ever seen. His pro career was short (as a starter), but brilliant and I loved his non sequiturs and interesting tangents as an announcer on the Pac 12 games.

It seems like his teams won a championship every year was healthy.
I too, enjoyed him as an announcer on the PAC-12 games.
R.I.P Mr. Walton. It was a pleasure watching you play ball and hearing you call the games.

I was very surprised .. he didn’t get knocked out ..he lost on points .. it was a great fight . Looking forward to the rematch on December 21 😜
