Doing something more than once

This field isn't that great, and some of the horses who are not in the top choices actually accomplished more for "this" particular angle 

I mean, how much can you really give any horse who has only done something "once"?  

Of course it depends on the circumstances.  I would give Dornoch 2x because his trainer was experimenting with changing his running style in his last race, admitted it didn't work, but I say it was worth a shot to try the experiment.   

So anybody want to help out with the "excuses" each horse had for not doing something twice?  i.e. win or place in a long route.  
Who would you give a 2x to, based on a technicality or trouble line (bumped hard, broke in air, etc.).  Excuses abound,  but which excuses are legitimate?


Won or placed in a 1-1/8 or 1-3/16th route:

Dornoch 1x (will give him 2x) 
Catching  Freedom 1x
Honor 1x
Track Phantom 1x
Catalytic 1x
Just Steel 1x

Domestic Product 1x
Fierceness 1x
Stronghold 1x
Resilience 1x
Society Man 1x

Any horse who did not even accomplish this 1x is not on the above list, obviously.  The list is very specific though, not monolithic in any manner, and plenty of horses run ITM with a 4th more showing in other races that are not at the distance I am screening for in this particular battle. 

Not something I am basing my exotics on though.  Just an exercize.
