I thought his workmate Domestic Product looked better this morning. I thought so, too. I do like both of Chad Brown's entries. However, I am thinking Domestic Product would be a better candidate for The Belmont Stakes. Seems like his slow early/fast late would be perfect for that race?

The Belmont Stakes is the same distance as the Derby this year .
Perfect set up for a successful Triple Crown campaign by the eventual Derby winner.

The Belmont Stakes is the same distance as the Derby this year . Perfect set up for a successful Triple Crown campaign by the eventual Derby winner. Different tracks play differently though. I love the Belmont strip as I think it is very fair and nicely cushioned. They tend to leave well enough alone and don't hype it up to be like a super highway. But most of all, because I have come to "understand it". Admittedly, I am "snake bit" at Saratoga so it being moved is not good for my particular skillset. Some of you are very good at that track and follow it religiously and I do not. So will be taking "advice" when that race comes around. IF you are snake bit at any track then you know how I feel. Some people are good at more things than I am.

Well, was all in on Sierra Leone. It was a great trip. But, it's one and done. Getting too old to hang out with puking college students in the infield. Did not see a horse all day other than the big screen. With that said, it was an awesome trip. From the Reds game on Friday night (over 2 hour rain delay so why not drink more cocktails) to the Derby on Saturday followed by Hot Brown dinner in Indiana after the race, what a bucket list weekend! I had Leone in everything including 250 to win and a P4 single that would have paid 6400 or so for .50 cents. Congrats Dell on nailing MD!
I tried to post some pics but got message file too large. Only 4 or 5 picks...
