Who is Conceptcion riding in the Turfway race?

So I see the scratches.   I look there and no mention of who he is getting off. 
Combed twinspires, combed the actual twinspires site

THen I went to the actual turfway site........then Equibase, pulled up sheet and changes.  He is STILL listed on both horses

Can US Racing at least deliver some semblence of infornation  to their bettors?

TY, I see they just updated it (finally) on the twinspires site. I was trying to decide on a longshot Mr. Faversham #3 or Karlwithaknarl #13 or Good Bali #10 for my superfecta ticket. 

Concepcion got on Encino, another horse on the outside #12.

He's got 2 mounts at Oaklawn today. On the Cox chalk.  He rarely comes here. Should be interesting.
