The video has both races on it. The Conditions Stakes that Notable Speech won was 1 mile as was his maiden. The race that Los Toldos won is 1m3f. Notable Speech
pedigree query did not update where bred but it was GB Sired by Dubawi (incredibly strong sire for so many dubai and euro races) out of the Invincible Spirit mare Swift Rose. He will probably run again in the Cardinal Stakes in March/start of April 2021 {10-c} DP = 1-11-5-8-1 (26) DI = 1.26 CD = 0.12 He also won his maiden before this so is also undefeated, as is Los Toldos The other race earlier on the card on the same video: Los Toldos (with Frankel as sire, and Pivotal as BMS, sire and sire of sires, broodmare of the highest order, daughters have produced 23 group winners and counting...); also undefeated. (GB) b. C, 2021 {4-m} DP = 1-5-15-7-4 (32) DI = 0.73 CD = -0.25 There is no telling if the final winner of the Euro Road to the Ky Derby will come here, because they usually don't.......but I have a feeling that Notable Speech just might take the road through Dubai, then come here if he ends up the winning candidate. You have to figure at one point, given their passion and perseverance, either Sheikh Mohammed or the Japanese will eventually win a KY Derby? Or, heck, Steve Asmussen, (0 for 24) for whom it must seem like the 40-years-in-the-desert scenario like Pletcher had, before he finally won with Super Saver and Always Dreaming. It really is astounding that Steve hasn't won yet. Maybe it comes down to a "catchy name" winning some races. I loved the name Alligator Blood (perfect name for an Aussie bred! but would also fit a FL bred) when he ran, and Otto the Conqueror has the same kind of ring to it. Every year I do ONE $2 wager on "horse with best name" in some big G1 race somewhere on the planet.
