Withers looses main speed with the scratch of El Gande o.Muddy track should be dry by post time.I'm interested in
7 Mission Beach 6/1 ,A 400K Curlin yearling.Former Baffert runner now with Russell comes in off a nice win at Laurel and bullet breeze in the mud.Gets DD.
6 Society Man 20/1,still a maiden,ran well in last same C&D with the wide trip.That race was won by Speed Runner who likley be the favorite here.Gargan takes the bug boy off and Castillo gets on.Good longshot play.

Nice going Dell!
I remembered back in November in the KY Derby Future - Pool 2 topic, both of us liked and used Mystic Dan, so he paid us today.
Sure would be nice if he made the KY Derby gate and paid us again. 105-1 would be nice I think that is what Pool 2 closed at for him.
BUT, I remembered that Asmussen said horses missed about 11 days of works due to the horrible freeze and snow we had, so I laid off his chalky horses in the win spots today. Helped me in the southwest and race #2 today with that big longshot----Peitz sure came loaded for bear today.
Lets see how they do going forward. The surface at OP today was not one I want to base horses on going forward LOL
I also liked Otto, I believe he was 99-1 in that same pool, but he didn't bring it today.
