I appreciate the work you're putting in with these excellent posts, Mr. Williams. Thank you... it absolutely makes doing the homework more fun and a lot easier. My selection is working beautifully and I'm really hoping for some nice odds.

I appreciate the work you're putting in with these excellent posts, Mr. Williams. Thank you... it absolutely makes doing the homework more fun and a lot easier. My selection is working beautifully and I'm really hoping for some nice odds. Thanks Dell. I like to have all the grunt work in one place before the pre-entries come out, then I don't have to go hunting for replays and runner info later on. I still recommend looking at previous replays of horses that you don't like the first time through the PPs, to make sure you have a good line on it. The improving 10-1 to 25-1 shots are the ones that can make your day during the Breeders' Cup (along with the ALL-button .) I would do the dirt races as well, and I might still if somebody wants me to, but personally I'm not good with those races so I don't invest too much time, unless I'm going to play a PICK-sequence. Not a ton of opinions here to kick off the Pick 6?
Mawj is good enough to win this but leaning slightly toward Kelina as the connections know how to win this race with a filly and aren’t here just for the party. Want to see some races this weekend but More Than Looks is getting good at the right time. All about the 3YOs here for me it would appear from first look

I prefer Mawj of the Godolphin runners. I like Casa Creed of the US contingent. He ran Songline to a neck in Saudi but was closing fast. A wide open affair here.

I think Mawj could be tough on the front end, but she should get some pressure from Win Carnelian, Masteroffoxhounds and Astronomer, may have to sit just off the lead which is fine. She also gets 6lbs from older males. Kelina also gets 6lbs, she needs to improve again to win this but is lightly raced so maybe she has more in her locker. Master Of The Seas got nosed by Up To The Mark in his last, but that one looks to be one of the better recent American turf runners in the making. He was well clear of the other horses, and his two wins over the summer were dominant performances that would likely take this. PP14 is his problem, and William Buick's, more importantly. He'll probably end up wide, with cover, and need a clean trip to get there, but he's good enough.
I ended up with Songline as my top selection. After running a dud trying to repeat in the Saudi Turf Sprint, she won two GIs in Tokyo against huge fields (16,18) and wasn't beating up tomato cans either (Sodashi, Serifos, Schnell Meister.) Had a nice summer vacation and returned to the races four weeks ago in a GII, stepping out to 9F for the first time and just missed the win after a tough trip. She has a tremendous late run, will need to be in the clear turning for home but can run by them all. She also gets 3lbs from older males, FWIW.
Underneath runners at a price are Shirl's Speight (2nd in this last year at KEE), Casa Creed, Astronomer (with Ryan Moore aboard, who won on him two years ago on the BC undercard at Del Mar), and HFTC local hope Exaulted.

I liked this one last year and I see no reason not to like this year. Definitely underneath but not impossible on top (with a bit of luck).
Shirl's Speight

I like Gina Romantica, Songline and Kelina. I would like to say that if we don't have the funds for a Pick 6, I'm okay with that. Pick 5 is acceptable.

#11 Kelina, as noted above gets in at 120 lb. Won a group 1 last out against the Boys. Guyon is a terrific jockey, not well known here.
