A friend asked me: "How in the world are all of Baffert’s horses capable of working fast -----then faster ---- and then even faster workouts?
I really don't know how to answer these questions.
The need for speed is apparent, what commercial breeders breed for, what people buy, and they want former Quarter horse trainers to train them.
A bad recipe for young horses who do not yet have fully developed musculoskeletal systems, if you ask me. :shrugs:
