I was a Theatre Arts major in college... also earning a minor in Anthropology. I love this stuff and the new CURIOUSITYSTREAM videos are fantastic!

Looks like an interesting film- will watch when I get a chance. Also have a book "Sapiens" which was recommended to me.
Always liked the Dawn of Man segment of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

These images remind me of something Kubrick directed for sure. My top 4 movie directors in no particular order...

Favorite 4 directors is a really tough one for me as I like so many. But the first 4 that came to mind were:
Frank Capra John Ford William Friedkin Akira Kurosawa
Very interested to see others' lists and especially that of our very own Bad Actor.

I failed to list a couple of directors that would should be considered...The Scott Brothers...Tony and Ridley. One if deceased but I can't recall which one.

I suppose on a movie set the Director would be considered the "First Man." (lol)
