After I saw him stumble when he was galloping (he wasn't even into a full gallop yet) I think it was on 5/03 I KNEW he would scratch. I think I posted about seeing that.
Forte doesn't trip/stumble, he's way too nimble

i knew as soon as i saw on the tvg home page (chromebook goes straight to it) that forte wasn't in the top 3 and there were only 18 runners in the derby...didn't even bother to hope it wasn't him. what a farce. if repole is THAT rich maybe he should buy CDI
ps-this was posted before i saw the video above because it was posted while i was typing-seems repole agrees with me...he's just more diplomatic
