Oaklawn Park has 10 races today.
All races are for 2 Year Olds.
If these were run tomorrow they would be for 3 Year Olds.

Last chance to redeem a pretty poor month of December.
SA R1- Joe Hernandez S. (GII) 6.5F ↓↓ turf 3up
#6- Air Force Red (6-1) is a downhill sprint specialist (4/3-0-0) and should enjoy the turnback in trip as well. Hernandez put on a riding clinic on opening day, gets along well with this horse. Think he'll be faster early than Smooth Like Strait, not much other obvious pace here. Also want a closer just in case, and Frankie rides #8- Hit the Road (6-1) for Dan Blacker. This son of More Than Ready has been off for 11 months but is a GI winner at SA, fires when fresh, could surprise.

SA R3- Robert J. Frankel S. (GIII) 9F turf F&M 3up
Tough race to decipher. #5- England's Rose (7-2) has a spotty record this year but finished second behind Regal Glory in GI last time, is still lightly-raced and improving, broke maiden over C&D. #7- Closing Remarks (8-1) consistent filly has a solid record over the course and at the distance, probably needs more pace than is signed on here, but Carla Gaines is a pretty good trainer and Jersey Joe can really finish if he gets a clean run.

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has cancelled the remaining four races on Saturday’s nine-race card following Race 5 due to heavy fog that has settled into the New York City area, resulting in visibility concerns at Aqueduct Racetrack.
