...but a subject dear to my heart. PIZZA! thin or crispy? Deep dish? Toppings you prefer? The California Style Pie is interesting. The first Pizza Hut was opened in what city?

Thin crust for me for sure. Don’t like any of the big pizza chains and prefer small locally owned places when I’m not making my own . Here’s the Bev’s Cheese Beano just about to go in the oven 😋

Get my dough at the local bakery and roll it out thin. Have not bought a pizza in years. Grandkids love 'helping' me.

I am a yes to pretty much all kinds and styles if they are well made i.e. crust flavorful and cooked properly, sauce nicely seasoned and a quality cheese or blend of cheeses. As I've gotten older I find myself more recently going with thin crust as my metabolism isn't what it used to be and I can't each much deep dish within really feeling full, but I'll still go to it every now and then. Like Bev, I prefer the local family owned places who have a great recipe that they have honed over years.
