Man Child Saturday's American Pharoah Stakes @ Santa Anita Park offers an opportunity to play against BBx4. Badphilosophy... No 2-year-old on the planet deserves to be 4/5 or one to five or one to nine... but it happens and when it does, it's time to pounce! Cave Rock is a 'first wave' star for Baffert. Cave Rock (4/5) has top jock JJ Hernandez up. Maldonado aboard Gandalfini (12-1) from the rail and Money Mike on the outside piloting Hejazi (5/2). Does Mr. Smith ride second-string? Hmmm. National Treasure (6-1) with Vazquez completes the BB quartet. Trying to beat BBx4 for the score... good luck. www.equibase.com/static/entry/SA100822USA8-EQB.html

Good luck in this race, I hope your plan works.!
I will no longer play ANY race that has 3 or more horses by one super-trainer anymore. I'm boycotting all that.
That was what was charming about the interview w/the trainer who saw War Admiral v Seabiscuit, he said it like it's the simplest thing in the world to understand (and it is)....back in the day barns had 40 horses not 2-300 and everyone had a chance to win. We don't have that anymore and gee I wonder why. I don't blame the little guys from leaving the sport. They work too hard to never be able to win because same 5 trainers are given all the best horses by owners and then enter 3 of them in 8 horse fields.
I'm no longer going to FUND THAT CHIT. Maybe the racing secretaries will figure it out when handle goes down if everyone stopped wagering those races AT ALL...... but probably not.
