What breeding farms should I visit?

Strangely enough I've never wanted to attend big races like KY Derby, Breeders Cup, etc. On my bucket list which I finally decided I would "activate" this year or next, is to visit several breeding farms in the Fall. I will do it again the next Fall.
What farms do you love and why? The only one I won't go to is the one where they shot the Secretariat movie; I can't handle all that commerciality and the prices are outrageous as well as being crowded.
I also want to visit Old Friends of course!
I had thought about seeing Zenyatta but i heard they have her pretty much locked away from the public eye in every respect. That's okay, I still love her. I want to see Mendelssohn. I should make a list of horses, shouldn't I? That list would be too long.
