Strangely enough I've never wanted to attend big races like KY Derby, Breeders Cup, etc. On my bucket list which I finally decided I would "activate" this year or next, is to visit several breeding farms in the Fall. I will do it again the next Fall. What farms do you love and why? The only one I won't go to is the one where they shot the Secretariat movie; I can't handle all that commerciality and the prices are outrageous as well as being crowded. I also want to visit Old Friends of course! I had thought about seeing Zenyatta but i heard they have her pretty much locked away from the public eye in every respect. That's okay, I still love her. I want to see Mendelssohn. I should make a list of horses, shouldn't I? That list would be too long.

I've never visited any so I'm no help. Old Friends seems like a good place to start.
One of our reps that stops in my work was in Lexington for a wedding and playing a round of golf last year. They had 3 and had a single join them. Turned out to be one of the Clarkland farm owners. He invited them out to meet Leslies Lady the next day and they had a great time.
Pack the golf clubs too, maybe you'll get partnered up with one of the Bill Farish and get to see Zenyatta...
