A friend told me today his son and daughter are going to Dallas in May to see The Who. Never my favorites but the rock opera Tommy was a classic. I can't imagine my 65 year old buddy rockin' with his high school aged kids but then again...Anyone here seen the Who back in the day when Keith Moon was alive?

Maybe a dozen times? And never without Keith Moon imo he was the most important part of The Who sound. Only daltrey and Townsend remain
It was beyond great in the 60s and 70s I can live without what is happening now
But enjoy if you go!

I have photos from a 60s who show when they were 2nd on bill to Herman's Hermits. Also a Keith Moon drum stick from that show.
