Perhaps you prefer the other Godolphin?
Buick on the former and Cosgrave on the latter... I don't think either wins this, so it doesn't really matter.
Baffert in the race, like it or not. If I had to choose, I'd choose Bill Mott. There is one more... I think I like it the most. Not Godolphin blue, but red & blue. Azure Coast.

Azure Coast was very impressive winning the UAE 2000 Guineas last month. He won his prep first time over the track in similar fashion, beating Withering, which had the race won with an inside trip until Azure Coast improbably ran him down late. Withering came back to win the Al Bastakiya Trial over C&D, then ran second to Quality Boone in the Al Bastakiya (Listed). Both of those two re-oppose in the Derby. His pedigree is pretty outstanding as well, damside is a wonderful old Emory A. Hamilton/King Ranch lineage, including Too Chic, Chic Shirine & Hungry Island.
