Help…I need 40+ winners this weekend!

All kidding aside..,I got lucky the other day and got qualified for the big Flo Cal Contest this weekend on HT! I have never played in a contest of this magnitude on line. Had some success at the old HPWS…in Vegas .,but never one this big online at home!

My buddy Ed.. The Wright Stuff.. gave me some guidance on how to handle 40 plus races at Gulfstream and SA via capping them. Ouch! Long day!

Are any of the regulars in this contest? Eric? TC? Ed is still trying ..It should be a blast and top prize is over $100k and growing! Oh course if anyone sends me a horse that pays over $50.., you will be my new best friend. Lol

Pumped for Saturday..still time to qualify today.. Friday!

Good luck Jack! I'm in too, been trying for a second entry very unsuccessfully. 40 races is just a warm up for the NHC in two week. Thur - Sun probably over 300 races LOL.

I had the lead last year in this even about halfway through day 1, faded to just one spot out of the day money for day 1 then faded just out of the overall money on day two. Disappointing for sure.

My one piece of strategy advice is not to force yourself into long shots you don't really like too early. It's a long contest, have to grind your way to the top.

Im trying the early qualifier today see if I can get into the later final shot for tomorrow. Why not!

Stable has one in the 9th at GP on Sunday. Outworked the other Pletcher entry in the race easily, no idea how they got the same time. Just watched the video again.

Ended day two in 11th & picked up a BCBC entry. Hope to have a better second day than last year when i fell from 5th to 30 something…. But with the BCBC in the bank, feels like a free roll now. Horsetourneys sent an email last night night - the show will go on with just SA if GP cancels. Looks like a pretty bad storm due to hit just about 1st post on the radar. Short fields at SA will make it tough on those looking to make big moves.

I never got rolling.. peaked at about 96 then flopped the last several races.
