the legendary JD Crowe wont mean anything to most of you, however this guy was a mega star---would take a top computer to equal his speed and timing Fronted the supergroup JD Crowe and the New South--JD, Tony Rice, Ricky Skaggs, Jerry Douglas and Bobby Slone----those familiar with old Lexington might remember their weekly Wednesday residence in the lounge of the Holiday Inn just off of the I-75 exit. Plus the hotel had a room filled with pinball machines. Made for a Wednesday after the races seriously good time for spiderjohn

Never heard of any of these guys. Could not finish listening to this song. It's kryptonite to my ears. But I'm sure spider feels the same about AC/AC....lol...New wallpaper is stunning!
To all my UIC peeps...

Discovered Ricky Skaggs in 1983 when we took horses to Fonner Park to race in February. 14 hour drive of Skaggs, George Strait and Alabama. I remember Dixieland Delight was the big song. Seemed like it was on every 5 minutes. That and the Shelley West song about Jose Cuervo.
Can't believe that was almost 40 years ago. Where has the time gone?
