Didn't expect Oklahoma and Notre Dame to be lookin for new coaches this week. This should be quite the carousel over the next few weeks. Kentucky coach next?

Will be interesting for sure. By the way in the other thread folks expressed their dislike for Jim Harbaugh. I do want to share the following:
Jim took a pay cut this year from $8 million per year to $4 million per year plus incentive bonuses. One of those is tied to the academic performance of football team members, the others are related to football on the field achievements. With the Mich win Sat, he met one goal which will pay $500,000. If Mich wins this Sat AND make the play-offs, he'll earn another $1.5 million. It was announced yesterday that he is giving back to the school any and all bonuses earned this season to be earmarked to restoring pay cuts that university employees were forced to take related to COVID and the shortfalls as a result in the University budget. In the past he has also volunteered for Charity work in third world countries and has donated generously over the years. He is or was, part of a National Council to assist the poor.
Also Michigan football player Blake Corum has used money earned from the new NIL (name, image, likeness) fees permitted to athletes to buy Thanksgiving turkeys for local poor families. He is doing an autograph signing this week which he has said he will use to purchase Christmas presents for the same.
There are certainly negative things that can be pointed out about Harbaugh, but I just wanted to present some balance to the discussion.

I have nothing against Harbaugh. Good coach. Apparently a good giver of his time and money.
OU head coach moving on is no surprise around here. Several key players have opted into the transfer protocol... including QB Rattler. The Irish coach moving on to LSU was surprising. 10 year, 95 million per would be hard to pass on. With LSU's ex-coach bailing out the timing seems right. I expect Chip Kelly to hit the ground running.

Not a fan of Harbaugh as a coach(his Mich record vs top teams speaks for itself + his record vs OSU), though his team was the better motivated and execution(in both ways!) last Saturday.
Amazing contract and perks for Brian Kelly @ LSU--not worth it imo USC?--if you can't get talent from the area and to play in the area, you can't be much imo Luke Fickell will be a hot name---Kelly went to Notre Dame from Cincinnati--will Luke follow?
Amazing 2nd half in hoops vs Duke last night--didn't see that coming.....coaching props there?

"I was contacted by one, but I'm not interested. I love it here. We have a lot of work to do. That's the bottom line." -- Bowling Green coach Urban Meyer, 2002. Six days later, he was coach at Utah.
"All I keep saying is I plan on being the coach here at Utah." -- Utah coach Urban Meyer, 2004. Five days later, he was coach at the University of Florida.

This sums up college football.
Miami is in extensive discussions with Oregon's Mario Cristobal to make him the next Hurricanes football coach, sources told ESPN on Sunday. Miami has not fired coach Manny Diaz, who continues to recruit for the school along with his assistants. Oregon assistants are also out recruiting Sunday and have not been informed about Cristobal's decision, sources said.
