Hey Hoop...how about an Otis Special wager on the game?
In baseball news...The SF Giants had their season end on an incredibly bad called third strike call. I wonder if our old UIC pal Gooch was at the game. I believe he has season tickets. Hard pill to swallow for SF fans to swallow.

I'm in on the Otis. The worst thing that could happen for fans regarding the strike call would be check swings included in replay reviews.

I agree about the check swings. Let's dump the "Tuck Rule" while we're at it. And there should be a stiff fine for any broadcaster to say "there has to be conclusive evidence of...whatever". But the loulou of all Loulou's is Craig Herbstreet Saying " He can beat you with his arm or legs". Just my 2 cents.

The tuck rule was abolished on March 20, 2013, by a 29–1 vote of current teams. The Pittsburgh Steelers voted against abolition, while two teams, the Patriots and Redskins, abstained from the vote.

One thing is for sure...Tom Brady has been involved in some interesting situations. Hey Hoop...have you ever heard any rumors about Terrific Tom being interested in going into politics? Seems like he is too young to retire and just sit around. Former players like Steve Largent and Jack Kemp have launched successful careers in politics...

Can't imagine TB subjecting himself and family to that. More likely private business, something with Kraft possible. Never that comfortable in the spotlight up here. In general not a fan of athletes jumping into national politics. Thought Bill Bradley did it well decades ago though.

When you are 3rd down and 2 near halfway in overtime it’s criminal that you end up punting the ball away. Would rather go down going for it .

Funny story. My bro makes few bets, usually on the Kentucky Derby only. I thought it odd he watched the Cowboy game with an unusual intrest. When Dallas scored to win the game he was jacked! Turns out, he and a couple of buddies (who meet up on Tuesday nights at the local watering hole) threw in $500 apiece and bet the 'Boys last night. I was unaware of this wager until after the game. That explaind him pacing the floor yelling obscenities when Dallas did things as Bev mentioned. I can't see him betting again until the first Saturday in May!
I wonder if Jerry and Bob Craft had a little wager on the outcome. Two billionaires with huge egos.
