7th - Michael G Schaefer Memorial (inaugural Chairman of the Indiana Horse Racing Commission, serving from 1989-2000)
Exulting - Since going back to the Maker barn Exulting has looked like the 2018 version again. Gets in light at 118. Pirates Punch looks to be the main competition. strong figs on tgraph last year, comeback race was wide and no crop @ mth, should have enough speed to clear the inside horses and get a inside trip. Plainsman has a shot, but probably a bit slow, probably can't get the lead, and is at 124. Not at all interested in Shared Sense who has taken a long time to get back and has an unimpressive worktab for Cox. 5,6 Exacta Box, 6-5-9 Cold Tri.
8th Jonathan B Schuster Memorial (Vice President & General Manager of Racing at the Indiana Grand Racing & Casino
for 17 years) Midnight Tea Time comes comes off a really wide trip over good ground going 9f, and a troubled trip that was also pretty wide and sans lasix. Gets 8.5f, lasix and Saez back. I'd be very happy with the 5/2 ML. Hemp Hemp Hurray (20-1) draws the rail for his first race in 6 months. worktab is OK, but with a ground saving trip anything close the figs he was running last summer would put him in contention. Peekacho has a couple poly races that would contend, and been a mixed bag on turf. the better ones came at Ind and at 8-8.5f. worth including at 20-1. Monarchs Glen isn't good value at but is a contender. 9 singled in the pickN's and 9 with 1,5,10 exacta/tri

9th Mari Hulman George Memorial
Gran Baby McPeek import has had a hard time making it to the gate in the afternoon, but has pooped some AM work that makes me think he has some talent. Matera ran a huge one 1st time out of the Cox barn at OP in March. Break in the works from 5/1 to 6/6. The 6/6 work was bullet and they have been like clockwork since. 2&8 in the PickN's probably some exacta/tri with 2,8 over 1,2,4,8 heavier with the 2.
10th Indiana General Assembly Distaff (AKA the We Are Out of Important People Stakes)
Color Me Pretty draws the rail and will need to work out a trip, but has run a couple competitive turf figs and a huge one on poly 3 back. 20-1 sounds good to me. Summer in Saratoga is probably a deserving favorite after drawing a line though the sloppy dirt try last time. Alnaseem gets in off the AE list and will have to work from the outside to get the lead, but may be able to hold them off if she does. 1,7,13 in pickN's.
11th Indiana Oaks
Malloy ran a big top last out, but is 15-1 and should is bred to go 2 turns. Worth a shot at the price IMO. Will's Secret and Lovely Pride are short priced contenders, Li'l Tootsie is 12-1 and less likely but possible for a piece.
12th Indiana Derby
Fulsome looks like pretty much a lock/single here. Last race was great, gets lasix, training great. 4/5 is not exciting, but would be value. There may also be some value in the exotics if Mr. Wireless actually takes money. He's the slowest of the rest on TGraph. WW Crazy is the would be my cold exacta punch tossing his last two (slop/trouble), and a sharp work back after the last. 1 with 2 exacta
