Brutal Honesty - Last time you bailed on Australia?

Spent Monday night pissing away opportunities on opening night at Hastings. Ended the night with $100 left in my account, Bet $30 across blindly on a standing start trotting race at Albion Park on Tuesday in Australia. Picked the horse because the talking head picked him second and he was 25-1 at the time. Trotted up a storm and he won by half a length at 8-1. Don't know if I'm supposed to be proud, chagrined, or just resigned to my life as a horseplayer.


I would love to hear similar stories. We have all tried to bail overseas at some point haven't we?
