#9 Positively Jean 4/1. Gotta love this one in here. Broke her maiden going away but there's more!. Look at her blow-out work at the end of May - "31May Bel tr.t 4f ft :48 Hg 2/44." That :48 was on the training track which makes that :48 on the track surface a :47 to :47.2. It was also from the gate - no run up start. That makes that :47.2 into a :46.3. The way she won that maiden race all but proves she'll be coming out of the gate with the afterburners on and has the gas to go all the way to the wire.

She looks pretty solid and the outpost won't hurt.I could see Violette's FTS 8 Tossup 7/2 in the mix.Another firster that has the goods could blow up the tote is 4 Sander's Empire 30/1 ,remember these are NYB's ,anything is possible. Good luck bobtail

I looked at Violette's filly 4 or 5 times but just couldn't envision Jean losing this one. I'll take another look at Empire just incase I missed something.

Sander's Empire - a $2000 sire, a 6% trainer and a 2% jockey. She's in the race so she has a chance but not much more than I have of winning the Powerball lottery. The caveat here is - every now and then someone does hit the Powerball.

It looks like Jean started a bump-um car ride. Regardless, she embarrassed me. Doc, your 30/1 shot is still like for her next start. I hope she nails one for you.
