I don't care for basketball much, but that was an epic sporting event!
From si.com:
"The game was played at a high level, with UCLA shooting 58 percent and Gonzaga converting 59 percent. Each team had just 10 turnovers in a 45-minute game."

Props to UCLA. Never expected them to be able to compete at that level against Gonzaga. Fantastic game.
Here's hoping the Baylor Gonzaga game is as good.

Mick Cronin is a top level tough guy coach. Just what UCLA and the west coast needed. Play-in team bought in and delivered at a high level throughout.
Young Irish catholic from the blue collar neighborhoods of Cincy. His dad was a surly hs coach who worked the windows at River Downs in the summer. Sold me many tickets...
I money-line parlayed both winners yesterday -1600 for 1000 Followed up with both dogs ats hoping at least one would cover—one did
I expect a high level game tomorrow I could play Baylor ml and ats
3 well-coached teams Don’t care much for Sampson and he was blitzed yesterday

Curious how Cronin will do there and whether the UCLA fanbase tires of him. He's brought a brand of basketball reminiscent of what Ben Howland brought when he went to UCLA from Pitt back in the early 2000s. Howland had probably as much success there as any in some time and yet he was ultimately run out.

I wish Bill Walton had broadcast the UCLA game. Walton played on what I consider right up there with any Bruins team ever. He and coach Wooden had a strange but lasting bond that was a pleasure to watch. Opposites attract. I have the Zags vs. Baylor in my largest local money pool. I have Balor in my second best paying pool so I'm cashing! I almost put Illinois instead of Balor in but the Zags are so good me and a zillion others have them to win it all.
