This is long, but the best discussion on workouts(from many different angles) I've seen to date. Covered areas I've never even given thought to. Worth the time watch.

Commute on my bike sometimes and this was the perfect listen for the ride in this morning. Worth it if for no other reason than the Ruben story. Thank you for posting.

hiya shoes. i bought a marin brand larkspur 1. it's ok. just ok. tbh it's not tough enough for where i live. east bay roads are the pits. oakland especially and that's where 85% of the commute is. also i'm a heavy guy. 6'1" 240. this thing gets more flats than i'd care to mention, standard for a fat guy. but the big rub is the bottom bracket's shot and there's only 7k mi on it. spokes have popped and the shifters need a ton of adjustment too. yes a lot is cuz i'm heavy and the roads are the pits. it's probably worth the money to buy something tougher next time. thanks for asking. link if you're intersted. if you're lighter it's a good bike. www.marinbikes.com/
