Top three finish in the Travers would get Uncle Chuck in . It’s the smart move . Baffert was always smarter.

Yes, plus he needs the experience and development from a sterner test. If he can't get in the trifecta, then it's probably too much, too soon. If he wins or runs second (or third in a tight finish) he'll have run against top competition at 10 furlongs in only his third race and be much the better for it.
