Going to try the early Pick 5 after a frustrating photo loss in the 5th yesterday.
1st - Speightstown Gal (1) stands out to me as one who should get the lead and stay there. 2nd - Vivazano (2) may wire the field if he gets off OK. If not, looking to the Pletcher firster Midnight Surprise (7). 3rd - Singling Sisitercharlie (5) to keep the bet price down. 4th - Spreading here. Like the two Amoss runners Lady C (3) and Gone Glimmering (4) and will Add Wedontbelieveher (5) fro Rice's barn and Spanish Point (7) who could win for fun if she runs back to her best. 5th - Spreading here as well. Like Big Wonder (2) the best in a field that seems fairly devoid of speed. Adding Three Outlaws (4) off the layoff in case he runs back to his better races. Finally adding Sir Alfred James (9) off his maiden will and Standoff (10) in third off the layoff with Rosario.
Good luck.

Spa6 7 Malpais 10/1,looks like the best value, drops a ton with back class,bOFF for Sharp and Luis. used 8 Mojovation in DDs looks dangerous first off the $40K claim. should mention 3 Preamble. He was my most expensive claim in Bev's contest. So far he's a big disappointment, would mind him waking up.

R7- So the two I like best are ridden by 5% and 3% jockeys on turf. Neither is a Chad Brown runner. Clearly I’m an idiot.

R8- Dynamax Prime handles the distance and has a second over the course here. 9F at Saratoga seems to be a sterner test than other tracks, like racing at Newmarket with the uphill finish. It’s just harder here. No Mr. Buff today so maybe he gets over the hump today. So it turns out that Prioritize is actually a bit better on dirt and this could be another 007 special.

That ride certainly blew the whole race apart, certainly ran off and not exactly the kind of ride that I think Linda had in mind when putting the double bug up.
On another topic from yesterday, in the 9th race there was a 6+ minute review of the photo for place/show. NYRA never shows it and and when you go to the web site under results they have a photo finishes link. They have a photo there for yesterday's "9th race" that shows the 4, 5 and 3 horses. Ummmmmmmm....the only problem is the result of yesterday's 9th was 10-8-9-5!!!!!! WTF NYRA!!! A load of bullshxt. I sent a note to the racing office inquiring as to where the correct photo is. Haven't heard anything back. I had needed the 9 to finish second to cash the exacta and also had wp on the 9. Grrrrrrs.
