Spa7 MSW 2yo fillies 5.5f First Run Happy of the meet in this nice race that has attracted ten horses.Could be a good betting race. 6 Peachy Queen 8/1,Run Happy filly out of un placed mare,no sibs so is a crap shoot at her foundation. In bred to Mr.Prospector and RAN,working well at the Spa with last being a bullet breeze over the main track.Gargan and Manny both sport good figs for the task at hand.No Brainer. 1 Iaintfraidanoohost 3/1,FTS for Miah and J.Ortiz has the goods but gets dealt the worst hand in the draw.Lots can go wrong so it's a risky proposition. That being said I would not be surprised to see her win by open lengths.Tough call 8 Dressy 10/1,FTS for Tagg and Junior, sibs hit 28.6% 2yo,but no first winners ,pedigree suggests turf in her future, one to watch here but if she goes big it wouldn't be the worst idea.

SAR 5- #1A- Mischievous Dream (9-2) is the preferred half of the entry for Clement/Gaffllione. Filly is bred to sprint and should take to the turf. Clement can have them ready even off seemingly innocuous works like the ones showing. #2- Martinez (5-1) debuts for Shug with red-hot Jose Ortiz up. Twirling Candy is a fine, underrated turf sire, but this one's dam has yet to produce a turf winner. Works at Fair Hill are outstanding, so will side with him for now.
EX- 1,2/1,2,4,8 Result- 1A,4,2 Exacta $45.90 Mischevious Dream ($12.20) sat a nice trip on the outside behind the leaders, tipped out and showed a good turn of foot down the lane. Surprisingly good exacta payout with logical Thin White Duke (7-5) in second.
SAR 6- #7- Sentry (3-1) Shug drops the Janney-owned gelding into a claimer on his 6yo return. Long layoff is problematic, but McGaughey can have then ready. Horse is 13/5-3-1 over the previous two seasons, so not sure why they want to risk the claim if he's still useful. Mixed signals. #11- Zero Gravity (4-1) is back in fine form since the Maker claim three back. Strong bullet at Churchill Training track before shipping catches the eye. Irad takes the mount and he is underperforming badly at the meet after three days. Maybe this is the one that rights the ship.
EX- 7,11/7,9,10,11 Result- 5,7,10 Chad/Klaravich drop-to-claimer win. Yawn.

SAR 8- #5- Light in the Sky (9-5) ran a corker on her 3yo debut, now in the care of DePaz. (I think Barry Schwartz took all his horses out of the Linda Rice barn last fall when NYRA was investigating her for conduct-detrimental-to. Never heard how that was adjudicated.) She has finished ahead of main contender #4- My Sassy Sarah (8-5) twice now. Hapless turf jockey Manny Franco re-rides today for Nevin, if he can manage a clean trip he's in with a chance.
TRI- 5/1,4,2/1,4,2 Result- 4,5,2 Credit where due. Perfect ride from Manny Franco, easing My Sassy Sarah ($5.90) out into the stretch in the clear ahead of slow-starting Light in the Sky, which was left with too much to do.
SAR 9- #1- Speaktomeofsummer (5-1) can continue a fine day for Clement and Rosario. Returned in GIII at BEL and she looked like a short horse, but winner Sweet Melania is a good one, so no shame there. Rosario will have to work out a clean trip from the rail, but he's riding well. #8- Cat's Pajamas (5-2) is the Motion filly I prefer. Can't believe Bill Mott of all people didn't try her on the grass when he had her. Zoomed through maiden and N1X conditions like she's got a big future. Johnny V. is selective with his mounts these days and he sticks with her (duh), outside post will be a plus in this group, I think.
EX- 1,8/1,2,3,6,8 Result- 1,6,4 Exacta $68.00 Speaktomeofsummer ($11.60) had to take up sharply entering the clubhouse turn when on the heels of the horse in front of her, losing several lengths in the process. Rosario stuck with her, saving ground all the way and had a big run through the lane to snatch a head victory. Not sure what happened with Blame Debbie as J. Ortiz eventually had to stand up in the irons in mid-stretch. Another generous exacta!
Number of Bets 4
Win Percentage 50.0%
Wagered $46.00
Payoff $113.90
Profit/Loss $67.90
