Just wondering about this. I would think that the lovely Acacia Courtney (Miss Ct. 2014) did on track analysis from GP over the last 2 weeks and it wasn't that long ago I saw Jonathan Kinchon reporting from home in Texas on the afternoon live racing telecasts. No 14 day quarantine needed for these folks? I'm just finishing my own sentence after coming back from the Outer Banks and I'm just wondering if it is a level playing field? Any insights?

Acacia ‘s last day at Gulfstream Park was May 31. She covered the whole of the Belmont meeting from New York .

Thanks Bev. I knew I saw her on air. It must have been nice to spend some time in her home state of Ct. Can anyone qualify Kinchon?

Anyone entering the race course grounds would have to provide a current "negative" test, I would think. He knew he was working here, so he should have been prepared and done so. But I know what you mean, in practice you are supposed to enter quarantine, coming from a restricted state. I'm guessing the test supersedes that requirement.

Thanks Tom but if I knew a negative test would supersede the need to stay in place for 14 days I would have gotten one. Funny thing is while the house we rented was in NC, I walked the beach to the Va. State line each morning as it was less than 2 football fields away. NC a restricted state and Va. not. Some troubling rules.
