Twinspires and the Maine State Wagering board not only forbids me to bet on horses. I just found out from Twinspires they are closing my phone bet account and sending me the money I had in there to bet with. Against my will. How can they do this? I've had an account with OTB for decades. Has anyone else had similar problems with OTB, Twinspires, or whoever? This is not right. Anyone have any ideas?
