Saratoga R1 - Alw n2l
2...Mile.(Turf)Alw 65000n2LPurse $65,000 TO BE RUN OVER NATIONALFENCES (UP TO $11,310 NYSBFOA) FOR FOUR YEAR OLDS AND UPWARD WHICHHAVE NEVER WON TWO RACES. Four Year Olds, 150 lbs., Older, 156 lbs. Non-winnersOf A Race In 2019 Allowed 4 lbs. A Race In 2018 - 2019 Allowed 8 lbs. (Claiming races not considered in determining allowances)
Several horses in the race have won more than 2 races and # 3 won has won 7 races and his last win was a mdn 30K. So he had 6 wins going into that maiden race. #5 has won 2 races and has won 2 maidens.
How is this possible ?

I'm taking a guess here, not having studied the conditions. Since this is a hurdle race, is it possible that only other hurdle races are taken into account when applying the conditions?

flat races are not considered in regard to hurdle conditions and vice versa.
