Of the horses in the pps the race seems to be detween the 5 & 8...then a toss up but the 4. & 2 look like they will at least go all out....bourbon war looks like he has a good chance at a top finish...but likely third ......but others will be entering...a real guesser...

How can you not be excited to bet on the only horse ever to have won the Oaklawn Invitational? Laughing Fox was the May 4th winner of the inaugural Oaklawn Invitational which by special arrangement with Pimlico gives its winner a guaranteed starting spot in the Preakness.  |

I bet on Laughing Fox in the Ark Derby- though he ran Ok. made a bit of a move before flattening out. Finishing 4th of 11 at 27-1. Sure would shake up the tote. How did he look to you last out? Would need a pretty good pace to close into it.

Went the year Smarty Jones won and hit Fells Point that night. Was a great beer bar there but I can’t remember the name. Might’ve changed names since anyway. Have fun Bev and good luck.
