Really liking this gal in the Oaks. Crushed the Demoiselle at 2 at 1 1/8
miles, so the foundation is there. I’m willing to toss her effort in the Rachel Alexandra where she was 3/1. Her last, also at 1 1/8 was a good tightener as she just got beat by a good Pletcher filly. Not one other horse in this race has run the distance even once!! Her breeding is spectacular, being a half to Derby winner Always Dreaming and sired by American Pharoah’s sire Pioneer of the Nile.
Finally, she worked a bullet in 47 at Keeneland and clocker Mike Welch said she looked great this morning on the track at Churchill (where she is 1 for 1). I’m all in at what will be ridiculously overlayed odds! 20/1?
