Per usual bpiets is indecipherable to all but the voices in his head.  

The header is what one might call a blurb.  There's no value in it.  But there is value in the data.  Probably conclusions are better drawn by the reader rather than inferred by your's truly.  No need for all caps yelling or three !'s
