Two non betting races unless you want to take a stand against the Baffert juggernaut. It’s good for him, but no fun for us gambling guys.

Asmussen fill ins to get the races up and running....nice of him to do so...at least the horses get a programmed conditioner...but both can be beaten by one horse in each race but not likely the champion will be beat but the pick threes etc will likely be the bets to play....lol... |

I don't think he's filling the races, I think Asmussen gets the place spot in both races with long range toddy and laughing fox |

I don't think he's filling the races, I think Asmussen gets the place spot in both races with long range toddy and laughing fox Oaklawn management, stated ,before a firm decision was made on the divide , after offering same , that they would require at least twenty horses to apply , and thus mr Asmussen filled the gap....later on, After a few days, and the decision was made ,some one was quoted as saying they would have run a split any way....lol...so much for the news media....lol...but ,fact is ,that mr asmussen made the split happen...and am glad he did, if only for the horses sakes so as not to lose the conditioning etc...and his horses are in condition to try and get the points to enter the k d fray....lol..Now the question is , since Both Baffort horses lost , what will the next step be for both horses....lol...Santa Anita's happenings have indeed thrown a wrench into the k d race this year for sure ...because of which I do not think there will be a single winner of all three races....lo...probably three different winners....lol..lol... |
