REBEL COULD BE SPLIT TO HELP HORSEMEN

Oaklawn's $1,000,000 Rebel Stakes could be split into 2 divisions. Each with a $750,000 purse. 
It would require at least 20 entries to be split.

They are doing this due to the problems SA is facing.
