updated PP's

Added a  few horses, trainers and stables. I added a key that lets you know if the link is dead, not active, Equibase PPs, and to let you know there are multiple horses in a link. I think I got all the really dead links. I only left the trainers with no PP's on the link to them because so many dropped out of sharing suddenly. Maybe they're coming back?
