JPN- Kyoto- Mile Championship featuring Charyn- 11/17

A three-time GI-winner and soon-to-be Champion Miler in Europe, the Roger Varian-trained Charyn makes his final career start at Kyoto on Sunday in the Mile Championship (GI), with new rider Ryan Moore aboard. Last seen winning the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes (GI) on British Champions Day last month, the 4yo son of Dark Angel drew PP11 in the field of 17 runners which includes last year's winner Namur, GI-winner Serifos, and Soul Rush, which split those two when third in the Yasuda Kinen (GI) in June.
