Chancer McPatrick and Citizen Bull both cost a lot of money and have proven they were worth it. East Coast/West Coast flagbearers. Ferocious cost almost as much as those two combined, and isn't going away without a fight. Having watched East Avenue run, and train and gallop, how much would he have sold for at auction if he weren't a Godolphin homebred? Here he is yesterday at Del Mar, just doing a gallop around the main oval:
That is one of the best looking 'equine athletes' I've seen. Don't know if it will translate to a win, but I couldn't bet against that. Impressive!

I'm going to crush East Avenue. Crush him, key him, wheel him and, obviously, jinx the hell out of him.
The backside crowd is ga-ga over this colt. Andie Biancone said he's the handsomest 2YO she's ever seen. He's such a specimen that Simon Bray said they could put a Classic saddle towel on him and nobody would blink an eye. And he moves like he looks.

Still Baffert rules this race, and whomever wins has to go thru his two runners. I prefer Citizen Bull, though honestly East Avenue was my first choice.
So I do a saver tri east a/both bafferts/all

Talking about Baffert. How is Gaming 8-1?? And with Irad up?? I think he’s the horse to beat although I did pick Jonathan’s Way on top. I am keying those two and will use East and Chancer on some tickets. If Gaming is anywhere north of 4-1 I’ll load up on him to win.
