Steve Asmussen sent 5 runners in the Springboard Mile at Remington Park Sunday night. They finished 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th and 10th.

He looked very impressive and my pick which finished 4th 'Tone Broke' looked very good closing in a troubled trip.

I'm always interested in this race since many of these will be headed to Oaklawn and we may see them in important races beginning with the 'Smarty Jones'.
