Now I know why Abel Cedillo left SoCal, guy can’t hit a hole. Had Outlaw Woman with plenty of run, rail opens and he snoozes on opportunity. These CA stewards are the very worst. Just awful again, and inconsistent. Need more transparency and accountability- they need to explain every inquiry. That 1st race at Santa Anita today was awful. The #4 was done, never going to hold 2nd, even without alight take up. Wow, they are awful, fire them all, reload with new blood.
