I don't know anything about theracane.

However,  I have found this guy, who truly specializes in older people experiencing arthritic changes, to be one of the absolute best PTs I have found. He's a brit.

I have used many of his therapies and experienced some remarkable improvements. Hope this helps you. I rarely have to go to PT appointments anymore because I can use guys like him.   i have followed Will's program and my knees, hips, and legs are so much better, and my balance overall has improved greatly, as well as my walking conformation and the muscle spasms I get in my back.
