Would expect an arrest within 24 hours with all the cameras in that busy area. Sad photo of the white longhorn on some sites.

KFOR.com Police are checking security cameras in the area to see if there is any video evidence. They are also asking people that may have seen something or know something to contact them at 405-372-4171 or on the tip line at 405-533-8477. This could turn into a felony animal cruelty case.

Today. STILLWATER, Okla. — Four people were charged in connection to a dead longhorn found on the lawn of an Oklahoma State University fraternity house in December.
