Belmont, Travers? I would rather have him grow up than heal and recover.

A June 5th foal, that's pretty darn late in the scheme of things, not suprised he needs to ripen a bit yet.
I hope there's more Constitutions as I have a ftures on that sire at 60-1.

I still like Otto the Conqueror despite his recent run in the SW. Mostly due to Oatsee/Shackleford I can't help myself.
I remember when I was a big Will Take Charge fan, and after he won the Remington Springboard Stakes, he later went on to win the Rebel, then, after doing awful in all the TC races, won the Travers, Clark H. and Pennsylvania Derby. He also ran 6th in the Southwest Stakes on a sloppy sealed track as well, no less! Just like Otto. And both are a Three Chimneys.
(WTC was a Willis Horton/Three Chimneys ). Willis Horton with Lukas was as killer combo though. just one of the oaklawn match ups you learn over the years).
Looks like another muddy track at OP this weekend though. I hope this is over soon! Pattern has been lovely all weekdays, then boom! weekend rains.
