Just looking over this field, the pedigrees are amazing, many of these can run both flats and hurdles, and some even 12F-16F and some have run in 4 different nations. This is like Arc 2.0 in terms of stayers, and many still racing at older ages. A couple nice Aga Khan breedings and other such nice ones.
Im really looking forward to this race. Gonna give it a quick cap although for 23 horses I really would have needed to start a lot earlier.
Can't really totally discount Gold Trip or Vauban, but I'll go looking for some higher odds.

#5- Vauban may well take the race, but he's currently 4-5 and that's just ridiculous in a big field like this when you are a front-running type which honesty would prefer more cut in the ground. Using #6- Soulcombe (12-1) which needs an alert beginning but drew well in PP4, 4yo deep closer has a strong late rally in him and gets Joao Moreira aboard. Also putting #9- Vow and Declare (42-1) on top, won this 2019 then lost his best form, but has really stepped it up in his last two and set for a big run. Needs all the breaks from PP19. Lastly, will use #18- Serpentine (63-1) for the win and atop a few exactas, former Derby winner (2020) likes to make all and drew PP1, maybe the rest let him go on his way while watching the fancied runners.
EX- 6/1,5,9,11,17,21
WIN- 9
WIN- 18 EX- 18/1,5,6,9,21

Favorite horses: Absurde, Okita Soushi, Magical Lagoon, Vauban, Lastochka
Sentimental single wager on the oldster, Vow and Declare cuz I just love him!
And the longshots in previous post.

Mark Zahra wins a heck of a lot of races in Australia. Congrats to him and connections and most of all, to Without a Fight. Caufield Cup is a good prep for this race which he won. Soulcombe w/Moreira aboard, great jockey. Sheraz an Aga Khan breeding. 3rd @99-1 Ashrun runs mostly in Ger and France so i was not real familiar with him, a Hans Wirth breeding
