They need some veterinary input on how to harness and outfit these horses properly. They are not beasts of burden like oxen. IMHO. Horses should not collapse, die, be in pain, or bear the scars of being improperly outfitted in order to pull heavy caskets, etc. I'm happy they are going to receive some training that will positively affect how these things are done.
