Subject of the video is the guy with the beard in the grey sweat pants. Wait the first few seconds for him to appear in the video.
Keep in mind, somebody has to "keep up" and follow him with the video cam......that would be the first guy who appears in the film.
This is athleticism.... the guy in the grey sweatpants makes it look absolutely effortless...precision. Weaving in and out and around 'the field" ------backwards.
