anybody like them? i was caught unawares watching a cooking show puked in a fancy restaurant when a friend ate snails (it was after a long day and night) but frog legs i am ok what about u? now my dinner can waitawhile

When I was younger we used to take a flat bottom boat down a bayou at night to gig frogs. Avoiding the snakes was the hard part.
We would cook the frog legs when we came in. YUM!!!
I still buy some but they don't taste near as good as when they were caught fresh behind the house!

the Big Texan Steakhouse has an array of exotic items on its menu like rattle snake and mountain oysters.i used to gig frogs before as well...no haggis.
