I'm going to play Volcanic in a few singles for the Sam Davis.
Seems to have plenty of classicity, I liked the sire and broodmare sire, and may be an improving sort but it's a big step up.
I think the other Casse horses also offer a lot of value here, too....... Golden Glider 2 for 2 in two turn races and God of Love who won the Grey Stakes, and if memory serves me that's one of the races Mine That Bird also won before he aced the KY Derby. (MTB one of my favorite horses so I try to remember the details about him)
At any rate, any of the Casse horses offer fantastic value here looking at their odds.
Volcanic seems to be a toss for a lot of people, but I'll stick w/him running well and at least ITM.

I'm taking a shot with 9 Howling Time 5/1,I don't think he needs the lead and there is more than enough speed here.Needs a good ride from Talamo, working faster than Romans usually does, could run big fresh but would like that ML or better.

While Classic Causeway was certainly ready for his return, did anyone notice Pletcher's colt that broke his maiden in the third? Macallan looks like a real runner after that effort and won't need much of a step forward to be a 3yo contender this spring.
