Using a debit card from your bank is the only way it will happen "instantly".  Paypal charged me $0.88 cents for that. 

Otherwise you can just buy a card with $ on it at walmart, etc 

Bank transfers, credit cards, etc. do take 3-5 days.  Not an option if you are in a hurry.
